Precautions
The encoder is a precision instrument, please do not knock or hit the encoder, handle it gently, use it carefully;
Ensure that the power supply of the encoder is within the rated range, and do a good job of isolation to prevent the large-scale starting electricity in the power grid from impacting the encoder;
In the environment of strong electromagnetic interference, the signal line is best to use a dedicated line, such as twisted pair shielded cable;
The signal line of the encoder should be well grounded: within a distance of 2 meters, both ends of the shielding net inside the cable should be grounded; at a longer distance, the metal shell of the encoder is grounded, the encoder comes with a cable shielding net suspended, and the signal lengthens The cable shielding net is grounded at the signal receiving end at a single end; if the signal cable is long or used outdoors, the signal cable should be covered with a metal iron tube, and the metal tube is grounded at both ends;
The protection level of the encoder is IP65, which can be used for waterproofing, but please do not immerse it in the shaft of the encoder;
Outdoor use, there must be no water accumulation, including the housing, shaft, joints, can not have upwards;
Multiple encoders share a power supply, the power is not large enough, it is easy to cause a pressure difference between the actual supply voltage and the nominal voltage. When the voltage drop exceeds 1V, it is recommended that the encoder be powered independently. It is best to use a switching power supply to provide DC power to the encoder.
When the distance between the encoder and the power supply is far, increase the power of the transmission power supply;
Work within 200-500Ω of rated load. After the encoder is connected to the line, after disconnection, measure the subsequent output connection load, whether it is within the rated range.
